Мабуть, ми б розглянули можливість повернутися ще раз, але хотілося б бачити більш кращу організацію
7.0− Бронювання номера здійснювалося через Booking. Під час бронювання було обрано номер із одним двоспальним ліжком, однак при поселенні нам надали номер із двома окремими ліжками, між якими був покладений матрацний міст. Фактично номер не відповідав заброньованому. Після звернення до адміністрації нас переселили в інший номер — кращий за розташуванням (інший корпус, зручніший доступ до сніданку, SPA, басейну та виходу). Це було приємно, однак сам номер також не повністю відповідав тому, за який було здійснено оплату, оскільки розміри номеру були досить маленькі. Сніданки організовані у форматі фуршету, що є зручним, однак асортимент міг би бути ширшим. Окремо варто зазначити зону відпочинку на задньому дворі з багаттям. У вечірній час багаття не було розпалене, а на наше запитання нам відповіли, що потрібно було попередити заздалегідь, оскільки після 18:00 його вже не розпалюють. На нашу думку, такі речі мали б бути організовані за замовчуванням або ж чітко комунікуватися гостям. Загалом відпочинок це не зіпсувало, але залишилося відчуття невідповідності очікувань і фактичного сервісу, особливо враховуючи, що було оплачено інший тип номера. Попри це, ймовірно, ми б розглянули можливість повернутися ще раз, але хотілося б бачити більш точну відповідність бронювання та кращу організацію сервісу.

− Спа працювало з 16:00, про що мене не попередили завчасно. Хотілося більше часу провести, адже приїхали саме через спа.
