10.0За декілька років побували у багатьох різних готелях у Букоаелі, але саме цей залишив прям класні враження про сам готель. Він вже працює декілька років, але сам стан дуже доглянутого, немає розеток які випадають, плитки в спа яка тріснута, чи швів герметика, який колимь був білим, а тепер чорний. Це все дає враження, що його люблять і доглядають, а це вже переходить у те, що тебе нічого не бісить і ти можеш повністю рослабитись під час відпочинку. Персонал, це дуже крута команда, не у всіх ресторанах Топ- буковеля, є таке обслуговування, саме сервіс! Тому що до тебе йдуть тільки як ти прийшов в заклад, замовлення готуюють швидко, виносять з класною подачею, бувало, що вечером вже не все меню, було готове для замовленя, але після сніданків воно знову було готове. Наш номер був звичайний, але в порівняінні з люксом в інших, це прям рівень їх, ато і краще. Вид на ліс, який на горі, і класно що та територія не забудується( надіюсь на це), короче, готель класний, сервіс Топ. Власниця готелю, яка ним займається, дуже велика молодець . Тому що займається , а не просто заробляє кошти!!!

10.0Дуже привітний персонал, смачна їжа, великий басейн, в якому можна поплавати, а не тільки посидіти. Нам навіть принесли бортики для ліжка, щоб дитина могла безпечно спати. Усе дуже сподобалося.
− Єдиний дискомфорт: мені було важко самій спуститися в басейн з дитиною, а ще важче вилізти з нього. Дуже бракувало плавного спуску.
