− Staff was not accommodating, every time I ask for assistance, answer is in the negative - no, cannot, not possible, don’t know. I was given a room above the kitchen so it was noisy and cooking smell goes into the room. Had to go down to reception to ask staff to turn down the noise - cooking noises, staff chatter, videos, music and gaming on mobile phones since I was trying to get some sleep. They’d quiet down for a bit then the noise would resume again. There was also the almost non stop barking in the middle of the night til dawn from the neighbors next door. I reported the barking dogs to the staff at reception and she only said, “we don’t have dogs.” I couldn’t sleep the 2 nights I had to suffer there. Food was ok but over priced. The 2 nights I prepaid when I booked online was a total waste of money. If I could cancel and get refund, I would have. I could have booked elsewhere for a better stay at half the price. Never again will I make the mistake in booking in this place nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent short stay venue in Calapan.
9.0Only stayed one night but very impressed. Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Lovely warm shower in the morning followed by an exceptional breakfast. Have to give a shout out to the staff who stayed on to make sure we were settled in before going home.
− Nothing to gripe about really, only minor moan was the lack of a lift - I struggle a bit with stairs. Staff carried our suitcases for us, so wasn’t too onerous.
