1.0− They didn't let me check in. They completly denied to provide me any room. I had booked a cab from Howrah Railway Station to the property and it cost me more than Rs.400 and they denied to provide room. Then, I have to move to other hotel and again it cost me Rs 150. So, I didn't get reservation and spent a lot only for transportation from one hotel to another.
