A tetőtéri rész csalódás a fotókon szereplő hirdetési anyaghoz képest.
5.0Kultúrált és tiszta környezet. Rendezett udvar, szép igényes éttermi rész.
− A tetőtérben helyeztek el negyed magammal. Nem olyan szobát kaptunk elsőre kialakításban amit a foglaláskor megjelöltem. A tetőtér padozata zajos, a folyosó és a szobák padlója minden lépésnél nyikorog. Ha valaki közlekedik, az mindenhol hallható. Olyan érzése van az embernek, mintha oda lenne száműzve a kultúrált emeleti folyosón tapasztaltakkal szemben. Az egyszemélyes ágyam kerete majd szétesett a szobában ha megmozdultam rajta fekvés közben. Nyikorgott, recsegett. Kiábrándító volt.
