− 益田駅から、一旦通りを渡りますが、アンダーパスを大回りして歩きましたが、直前に階段があるとは知りませんでした。

− ホテルの予約の際に、宿泊代の支払い方法の説明文書が分かりづらいです。単純に分かりやすくチェックインの時に支払いとあれば分かりやすい。
