There is nothing good I can say about the property. We booked 2 rooms for one night stay. The hotel was old and outdated and the rooms and bathrooms were not very clean. I wiped down the desk with Clorox wipes and the wipes had visible dirt after the cleaning. Our kids were in the second room and we ran to their room hearing a scream and there was a cockroach on the bed and another one in the room. There were also ants crawling along the side of the wall and they got inside our suitcases and later saw them crawling in our car when we brought in our suitcases in the car after checkout. The toilet flush was on top of the tank and our kids couldn’t reach it and we were not able to see it. We had a hard time finding it. The shower door frame was hanging on a thread from the ceiling. L'hotel si trova in una posizione comoda, dispone di parcheggio e lo staff è sempre disponibile e cordiale.

− La struttura appare piuttosto datata e avrebbe bisogno di un intervento di rinnovamento. Gli ambienti non sono particolarmente accoglienti: l'illuminazione dei corridoi è scarsa e un persistente odore di fumo si avverte fino all'ingresso delle camere. La camera è molto essenziale, con tappeti ormai superati e un arredamento visibilmente usurato. L'impianto di aria condizionata è piuttosto rumoroso, probabilmente a causa della sua età, e il bagno presenta alcuni problemi di manutenzione, come il soffione della doccia che perde acqua. Anche nelle aree comuni si percepisce la mancanza di un'adeguata climatizzazione: vedere il personale costretto a lavorare con un ventilatore puntato addosso dà l'impressione che il comfort interno non sia una priorità. Nel complesso, la struttura necessita di una ristrutturazione e di una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione.
