10.0Convenient location for a trip to Chester Zoo. Lovely, comfortable room with nice touches such as tea/coffee, toiletries, hairdryer, fan. Great food for breakfast and evening meal.

Lovely we'll tended gardens to sit in and friendly conversations had with other guests.

Food acceptable. Most staff helpful, and room was clean.
4.0Location by canal was okay for a short walk.
− A little tired, greeted by a member of staff, obviously trained by Basil Fawlty!! Others were really nice, but this guy was hopeless
