− Restaurante giratório só funcionou no primeiro dia, estufa de salgados queimou e não houve conserto, ficando nos demais dias o café com salgados frios. Colchão tinha um rebaixo no meio fazendo com que a coluna ficasse torta.
Hotel com custo benefício médio, sem esperar antendimendo 5 estrela hotel elegante atendimento simples.

− Hotel aparentemente com reducao de funcionários, Suite faltando alguns cuidados como fronhas de travesseiro manchadas e amassadas sem serviço de quarto antes das 17:30 recepção com ramal estragado sem manutenção sendo que hóspede tens que descer até recepção..estacionamento sem manobristas externo péssimo!!café da manhã faltando atendimento com treinamento para equipe desorganização total.
