− This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and blatantly dishonest. They lied to my face and claimed they had tried to contact me, which never happened. They also told me my booking was cancelled, even though it was NOT cancelled. I clearly showed them my booking confirmation email, and there was no cancellation email sent to me at all. Despite this proof, they still insisted the booking was cancelled and then conveniently said there were “no rooms available.” Instead of taking responsibility, they made up stories and refused to help. Completely unprofessional behavior and zero customer service. Do not trust this place, they will deny valid bookings and waste your time. Absolutely not recommended.
