− We moesten even schakelen, omdat we wat later aankwamen was de balie niet meer bezet. Telefonisch werd onze vraag snel opgelost.

− Het was echt heel anders dan in de foto’s. Nagenoeg geen gasten. Iets klopt niet aan de setting. Na 1 dag vertrokken en volledig annulering is geaccepteerd.

6.0− Auch wenn ich hätte das Zimmer wechseln können, ist es ein Unding, wenn man nicht mal das Fenster öffnen kann, weil man über der Raucherbastion ist
