10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the bed — it was exceptionally comfortable and made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Between the quality of service, comfort, and location, it exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly enjoyable.

6.0− They should improve how they organize the field trips. We booked the service and included a lunch box, but when we arrived at lunchtime, a family took all the lunch boxes and started picking through them and touching them. We had made it clear that we wanted vegetarian meals, but the family decided to give our food to their daughters, and we were left without any food.
