− Falta de orden y aseo. Ausencia de servicio de agua. Malos olores en las instalaciones. Falta de fumigación. Espacios sucios. Falta de seguridad, ya que la puerta de ingreso permanecía totalmente abierta. Instalaciones en mal estado. El ambiente no era agradable; por el contrario, nos generó temor e intranquilidad.

− La verdad impresionante lo mal estado del los hotal, pura publicidad engañosa estructura en mal estado y mal servicio
El hotel no se parece a las fotos publicadas
2.0− Las fotos publicadas por el lugar no se parecen a la realidad. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba, las ventanas cerraban, pero no se podían asegurar, el cielorraso tiene huecos por los que podría entregar alguien a través del techo. Y el precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrece el hotel.
