8.0Magnifiques édifices typiques en pierres sèches, chambres spacieuses à la déco un peu démodée, jolies et spacieuses SdB, superbe jardin très bien entreténu. Belles piscines trop souvént en maîntenance au moment de l ouverture de l une d éntre elles (piscine adultes). Pourquoi ne pas prévoir cette maintenance avant les ouvertures tardives de 10:00 du matin au plus tôt ? Bon petit-déjeuner bien que beaucoup de biscuits, gâteaux et autres sucreries. Hotel proche du site extraordinaire de Mystas.
− La restauration et les lieux de restauration ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur des étoiles et du standing de cet hôtel. Le bar côté piscine est plus une sorte d' aire de restauration rapide pas tres joli bien que proche de la 1er piscine. Le restaurant a la carte qui jouxte. quasiment le bar donne sur les 5 cours de ténnis pour moitié et heureusement sur la chaine de montagne pour l autre. Surtout, il offre extrêmement peu de variétés et d'ailleurs il n'y a pas grand monde. Prix beaucoup trop élevés pour la qualité.. Le personnel de tout l'hôtel est absolument charmant mais il y en a peu et véritablement un hôtel de ce style devrait avoir plus de service proche de sa clientèle. Pour certains, leur anglais est approximatif.

9.0The service was very good. Lovely people at the restaurant, pool and reception. We actually forgotten something and they went to the trouble to send it after us to our next location! Very helpful. The location near mystras was nice.
− Nothing. I always like it when the pool in a hotel can stay open late since it’s still such nice weather, but you only rarely find that anywhere. Also here the pool closes quite early, probably because they have a lifeguard.
