It was traumatising and no one was there to assist us in any manner, couldn’t sleep at all.
1.0The place had bugs roaming all around, there was a massive cockroach in our room and the only caretaker kept there for us was not listening to any of it, he just sprayed nasty room freshener on it. There was no one at reception and the place stank so bad.

10.0Amazing service! Room was super clean, staff was attentive, and the check-in was smooth. Great experience overall. Had a peaceful stay. The hotel was clean, affordable, and located near key places. Would recommend it!
