− Il fatto che non c'era impianto di aria condizionata bensì un rumorosissimo pinguino che non ha favorito un riposo notturno tranquillo. Dispiace il fatto che uno degli addetti alla reception abbia detto che tale inconveniente "era segnalato ovunque", ma io non ho trovato traccia si questa notizia. Dispiaciuta anche perché la persona che si occupa delle colazioni era malata (così ci è stato detto) e non è stata sostituita, quindi la colazione è stata consumata in un bar poco distante.
