1.0hice una reserva por Bokking y cuando llegue al Hotel desoues de un largo viaje no me la habian respetado, y me dejaron sin alojamiento, la unica respuesta que me dieron era que me podia ir para otro hotel que tenia muy pesimas condiciones.
