10.0The theme rooms are the main attraction here. I love that our continental breakfast was waiting in a bag for us and that there is coffee and tea available at all times.
− There's really nothing I didn't like about the facility. The only thing that would have been nice is the restaurant across the way being open. Looking forward to going back when the renovations are done.

− The continental breakfast was sub par with everything packaged, but given there was no breakfast area or kitchen in the hotel, I can understand.
No onsite staff available for support at 6PM. Bad customer service.

− I stayed at this hotel, and the overall experience was disappointing, Room smell like cigarettes, no onsite support. Property manager attitude was off-putting - she even questioned why I called her.
