Der Aufenthalt in Serfaus hat uns gut gefallen.
5.0Die Lage des Hotel ist gut, zentrumsnah von Serfaus. Gleich gegenüber vom Hotel hat es eine gute Pizzeria, wo man das Essen schnell oder fast zu schnell bekommt.
− Ja, das Frühstück hat leider etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Ich habe wirklich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt, dass um 8.45 Uhr, als wir den Frühstücks-Saal betreten haben, die Brotkörbe leer und keine Brötchen vorhanden waren. Unglaublich! Erst nach ein paar Minuten warten, gabs dann wieder ein paar Brötchen. Was aber auch noch spannend war, dass viele Tische im sehr geräumigen Frühstücks-Saal nicht abgeräumt waren. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass vom Personal niemand wirklich "Lust" hatte, die Tische abzuräumen. Speziell war auch, dass das Personal kein Deutsch sprach und das in Österreich...

− Viel zu ringhörig - man hört innerhalb des Hotels extrem viel, die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert, so dass man zusätzlich noch dem Lärm der Strasse hat. Und die unglaublich rücksichtslosen, lauten, besoffenen Holländer im Hotel haben es verunmöglicht, sich auch nur annähernd zu erholen (nicht der Fehler des Hotels).
