− Im Hotelzimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank, unakzeptabel, In einem 4Sterne Hotel muss der Gast erwarten können, dass das Hotelpersonal wenigstens rudimentäre Englischkenntnisse besitzt. Kein einziger vom Personal sprach auch nur ein Wort Englisch. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass insbesondere das Servicepersonal keine besondere Motivation hatte unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

− Rien qui ne soit pas appréciable, seule remarque sur le petit déjeuner un peu simple mais bon.

9.0Colazione ricca di dolce e salato. Prodotti freschi e non industriali. La camera ampia, il letto comodo e il meraviglioso terrazzo con vista sul lago. Ben climatizzata.

10.0Das Frühstück war sehr fein. Das Zimmer wie auch das Bad war sehr gross. Auch die Terase war sehr gross. Die Aussicht war der Hammer.
