Przyjmene spokojne miejsce do wypoczynku.
10.0Bardzo wygodne łóżka, pokój moglismy zając wcześniej niż zaczynała się doba hotelowa, bardzo miła obłsuga,
− Poduszki w tym pokoju były mocno zbite przez to były nie wygodne. W restauracji zmieniłabym kawe o była kwaśna i expres nie chiał spieniać mleka.

9.0Lokalizacja, sam hotel a przede wszystkim wyjątkowa obsługa, pomocna w każdej sprawie.

9.0Hotel jest fajny, czysty, Personel miły. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne. Byliśmy i na kolacji w restauracji - bardzo dobrze gotują. Zaraz obok hotelu zaczyna się szlak turystyczny na Skrzyczne. Skorzystaliśmy / i jest o wiele mniej osób niż z drugiej strony -ze Szczyrku/. W cenie pobytu jest basen i sauna, to także duże plus.
− Woda w basenie była chłodna. Raczej do pływania wyczynowego niż do baraszkowania z dziećmi. Sauny są bardzo małe, po południu był już duży tłok. Personel w restauracji był trochę nieskoordynowany. Na początku zjawiły się w krótkim czasie niezależnie od siebie 3 kelnerki, żeby przyjąć zamówienie. A potem długo nic się nie działo. Obok przy stoliku sąsiadów podobnie -albo naraz 2-3 kelnerki a potem znów dłuuugo nic....

10.0Bardzo udany pobyt. Dużym atutem była możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania bez dodatkowych opłat – pokój był już przygotowany. Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, przy węźle szlaków. Personel był niezwykle miły, uprzejmy i pomocny. Pokój czysty, komfortowy i dobrze wyposażony, różnorodne i smaczne śniadania. Idealnie :)
