Estancia agradable con posibilidades de mejorar el servicio
8.0El desayuno estuvo muy bien, y nos atendieron muy bien. Nos regalaron una concha al final del desayuno. La ubicación del hotel esta excelente así como la alberca y la ubicación de las mesas. La vista al mar desde el la habitación del hotel estuvo excelente, y fue un agradable despertar cada mañana.
− En el primer día, cuando pedimos que nos trajeran la carta en el área de la pergola, simplemente nunca llegó y nos retiramos del lugar. Al siguiente día tuvimos que pedirla como 3 veces hasta que un guardia nos ayudó por medio de los equipos de comunicación. Por el pago de la habitación la expectativa era que tuviera un servicio de café, y un frigo-bar, pero no lo tenían. Hay que poner un instructivo de como usar la tina de baño, no sabíamos como quitar el tapón de la tina.

− Nuestra experiencia estuvo muy lejos de lo que esperábamos. Las fotografías y la descripción del hotel no reflejan las condiciones reales del lugar. Habitación * Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. * El baño es antiguo, reducido y poco funcional. * La regadera no tenía cabezal; únicamente salía el agua directamente del tubo. * No había ningún espacio para colocar artículos de higiene personal, como shampoo o jabón. * La taza del baño era extremadamente pequeña. * La habitación no tenía ventilación adecuada, por lo que acumulaba mucho calor, aunque el aire acondicionado sí funcionaba. Instalaciones * El puente que conecta con la playa estaba fuera de servicio. * Todo el club de playa se encontraba en construcción, algo que nunca se nos informó al momento de hacer la reserva. De haberlo sabido, probablemente habríamos elegido otro hospedaje. Servicio * El trato del personal fue muy deficiente y, en varias ocasiones, poco amable. * En el club de playa, los meseros pasaban la mayor parte del tiempo platicando y jugando entre ellos, en lugar de atender a los huéspedes. * Además, se le negó el acceso a mi pareja para atravesar el club de playa únicamente porque llevaba una bolsa con nuestras pertenencias. Ni siquiera íbamos a utilizar las instalaciones del club; simplemente queríamos pasar por ahí para llegar a la playa pública, aprovechando que éramos huéspedes del hotel. En general, la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Consideramos que el hotel no cumple con las expectativas que genera su publicidad y que varios aspectos importantes de las instalaciones no fueron informados antes de nuestra llegada.
