10.0Pani w recepcji w dniu przyjazdu bardzo miła, pomocna. Mimo, że przybyliśmy bardzo późno, była wyrozumiała, bardzo pomocna. Życzę wszystkim takich pracowników.

2.0Das Badezimmer war in Ordnung und wurde innerhalb der letzten 5-10 Jahre renoviert. Der Blick auf den See ist schön.
− Das Hotel ist in einem extrem schlechten Zustand. Ein Teil des Gebäudes ist scheinbar seit Jahrzehnten eine Bauruine und nie fertiggestellt worden. Die Betten, der Balkon, alles ist verwohnt.

− W hotelu organizowane są imprezy okolicznościowe i hałas trochę przeszkadzał. Personel hotelu o tym fakcie ostrzega.

− Látszik hogy ráférne egy felújítás. A recepciós hölgyek a lengyelen kívül beszélhetnének más nyelven.
