− I found the front desk staff quite cold / not very welcoming. It felt like every time I went to talk to the front desk, it was an annoyance to him. Every time we asked for anything, he made it seem like it was a big inconvenience. There was also no "Welcome to our hotel" "Enjoy your stay" and the normal niceties you expect in hospitality industry. It's a real shame, because the hotel itself is lovely and great value!
