7.0Сотрудники очень милые, пытались во всем помочь. Завтрак хороший, есть каша, яйца в нескольких видах, сосиски, нарезка, свежие фрукты и прочее. Удобно то, что ванная выходит прямо в спальню. Есть литровая бутылка питьевой воды, чай, посуда, чайник.
− В номере было грязновато. Мебель обшарпанная, неудобная. Номер большой, но бестолковый по планировке. Матрас скрипит и сползает. Нет геля для душа и мыла для рук. Было достаточно холодно в номере.

8.0Локация хорошая, номера просторные, ванная тоже в хорошем состоянии. Завтрак удовлетворительное.
− Уровень подготовки рецепшн (не все смены). В целом персонал нужно обучить по специальности (не хомят, воспитанные) просто не знают в достаточном базовом уровне свои дела.
