Too many mistakes to be worth the money
6.0Basicly a good hotel, but lose two points due to: Faulty (4 times) keycards Poor wifi coverning - even at room balcony One power outlet in a double room Poor shower ‘curtain’ which let water flow to floor - floor tilting wrong way so water is never removed. Reserved tables which was never used in a crowded dining area. Smoking allowed in general and even at the outside dining area and balconies so getting tobacco from neighbour when relaxing on own balcony or dining.

10.0We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pegasos Hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience. The hotel has an outstanding location, right next to the sea, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Everything is very well maintained, clean, and cared for, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The food selection is excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. We especially appreciated the snack options available throughout the day, including choices that were perfect for young children. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the very first day. A special thank you goes to the animation team and their team leader, Luca, who truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication created a fantastic atmosphere every day. The evening entertainment was another highlight of our stay. The live band performances were highly professional, and the shows were fun, engaging, and kept guests of all ages entertained. We had an unforgettable vacation and will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you, Pegasos Hotel, for such a fantastic experience!

10.0We had a brilliant stay at Pegasos Hotel. The hotel was spotless, the food was great, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The entertainment was definitely the highlight of our holiday. Luca, Victoria and Yelyzaveta were amazing and always smiling, full of energy and made every activity and evening so much fun. They really made our stay special. We'd happily come back and would definitely recommend this hotel!

− В основният ресторант Амброзия качеството на колбасите е много ниско,качеството на морска храна е недупостимо ниско за хотел с 5 звезди, а останалите ястия са еднообразни което също е недопустимо . В гръцкият алакарт ресторант менюто е меко казано ужасно
