8.0Staff were very accommodating and had knowledge of tourist activities (e.g. kayak hire, who to talk to for island hopping, etc.). The hotel was secure and quiet, and the staff were accommodating with our schedules of letting us outside/inside the entrance. Breakfast was good and came with a great view of the ocean. Room was spacious, cozy and stylish with an ocean view as well. Overall, great stay!
− Would like some slippers for the room. Over time, the front room collected dirt and dust from outside, so it would be great if slippers could be supplied and maybe a doormat inside. It can also get bright in the morning as the front room windows do not have curtains. The bathroom ventilation wasn't the best (until we found a hidden window that could open).

10.0Really exeptional accommodation - I loved it! The suite on the third floor is undeniably the best they have.
− Only instant coffee for breakfast - real brewed coffee would be a better fit for the otherwise great accommodation.
