1.0Comfortable bed mattress.
− No Parking: No hotel parking available; had to walk 1–2 km from a paid parking lot. Poor Communication: Staff didn't warn me about street parking rules, resulting in a resident-parking fine. I went to move the car at 1:30 AM before it get towed. Overall: Terrible experience strongly advise looking elsewhere if you have a vehicle.

8.0Overall, the hotel is very good. The check-in process is fast and efficient, and the staff are professional. However, one area that needs improvement is luggage assistance. There was no one available to help carry our luggage from the car to the room. This has happened to me several times during my stays, and I hope the hotel can improve this service in the future.
