10.0The location is perfect Heart of dumaguete Close to everything...I mean walking distant. Pharmacy and restaurant outside. Trycicle convenient Amazing staff and breakfast You can request for irons and you can leave you luggages too if your flight is later
− No elevator. You'll walk up and down the stairs. But there are staff carrying your luggage up or down.
Sorry will not be staying here again! Disappointed in the lack of attention to detail!

− Cockroach in the shower! Rice on the stairway! Not very clean! Food was not very healthy! Too much oil and not enough selections!

Excellent location but in windowless room
7.0Perfect location, right on the seafront promenade and near the port. Breakfast included at the near cafe was nice. Friendly staff. Air conditioning.
− The room had no windows (which we didn't know before arriving as we had booked a standard queen room), which meant that the room was very humid when we arrived. The higher ledge behind the bed's head board was a bit dirty.
