4.0The breakfast staff were lovely
− The staff on in the evening restaurant were not very pleasant we had to wait long for our food to come out they brought one of our party out 10 minutes before ours and we had to ask 3 separate members of staff for cutlery. Not a very pleasant experience!

− Spa pool looked dirty, massive cobwebs around breakfast room ceiling, room missing a hairdryer and shower control fell off.
Excellent staff and hotel.
10.0When there was an issue it was sorted promptly and efficiently. Very helpful and polite staff. Food was very good in the evening and excellent choice of breakfast. Will be returning.
