− Il est vraiment excentré de tout et le personnel ne parle pas anglais ni français mais on finit par se faire comprendre.
Bad coordination
5.0Room and toilet was nice.
− I booked and paid for the hotel. When we arrived the staff said that they did not receive the payment. They denied our check in and asked us to ask for the refund from website and pay directly with them. They should have contact us earlier as they have seen that the reservation has problem. It should be them to contact the website as this is the issue between hotel and website not us. Due to the time of our arrival we had no other choice but to pay again for the room directly with the hotel. Very poor coordination. They should have trained their staff better of how to problem solving. The pool was not clean and the floor of the pool was sharp with rough stone. Location is not convenient without private car.
