1.0− Sprchový kout velice špinavý. Druhý den nepříjemná paní v recepci, žádala jsem snidani jestli podávají řekla,,že ne a přitom je psaná. A když jsem šla po chvíli vidím pánovi snídani udělala. Tak to je přístup ke klientům moc špatný.
