9.0Расположение гостиницы.
− Номер был заказан одна большая кровать. Но в номере 2 смещение и топер сверху что не удобно было спать. Кондиционер не работает всю ночь не набрал 22 градусов в комнате ( жарко) Нет средств гигиены ушные палочки станок, для бритья. ( Шампунь 2 маленьких и гель 2 маленьких, зубная паста и щётка) Для 2 человек это средств гигиены мало. С каждым разом посещения гостиницы все ниже и ниже рейтинг.

5.0staff was amazing and really helpful. They let me for early check in, and even supported me with the better room because i was in the highest floor and it was terribly hot there, because of poor AC system.
− AC was terrible. Definitely it was really hot but, you should be prepared for that. Even during the night AC was not enough, and it was not possible to even have a breakfast during the morning because it was really hot in restaurant. you should fix your problem with the AC for sure.
