3.0We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the staff, who were unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. They made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. The room was also not clean, which was unacceptable and did not meet our expectations. Another major disappointment was the parking. The Booking listing stated that free parking was available, but upon arrival we were told that parking was actually paid. This misleading information should be corrected. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Good value for money, excellent location
9.0The hotel is in an excellent location, and the shared terrace with a beautiful view is lovely. The food is decent. The hotel is a little dated, but I believe the price would be significantly higher if it were newer. Despite its age, the room seemed adequately maintained and clean.
− The shower was far too noisy, and the air conditioning had a stale smell at first, although it was fine later. The room door felt rather flimsy, giving the impression that you were staying in a separate room within a shared apartment. Light also came through around the edges of the door.
