1.0− Very noisy because the location is next to a crowded highway, a train track where the train honks its horn every 30 minutes until late at night, and a hospital where the ambulances sirens can be heard all night long. Nowhere near 4 stars, outdated rooms and badly maintained aircos.
Not as clean as you expect
7.0This hotel lives up to a 4 star rating that I don't understand where it comes from. The beds are comfy and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Helpful staff on the reception.
− The cleanliness of the place needs a major upgrade. The beds had stains although they smelled fresh. The walls in the bedroom had stains too, clearly never been cleaned. The breakfast was okay, but the soya sauce plate had lots of ants inside, and we found a baby cockroach roaming around the counter.

10.0This is The Best Hotel for short or longer visits in Surabaya, location hotel is just 30 min (when traffic is not to busy), from Juanda International Airport Surabaya. Very clean, super friendly staff, food is delicious, rooms are very clean, overall no negative comments. When we are back in Surabaya, definitely we will book again at this amazing Hotel.
− Location of the hotel is just on the corner just of a very busy traffic light and railway road... and that cause a lot of delay when ordering a local Taxi or when you want to go out.
