10.0Everything about Park RESIDENCY is mind blowing. Gesture, atmosphere, staffs, cleanliness, food.. I would recommend everyone to go abd stay there..

1.0Nothing at all
− Worst ever experience. Staff don't know what is valid IDs. Asked for visa, OCI card for Indian passport holders. Didn't accept digital ID or a physical UK driving license as an ID. Very rude staff 😒 dont know how to talk to guests, specially ladies. Entry denied even with valid IDs.
Stay was comfortable and otherwise uneventful
7.0In breakfast spread, each one of the food items was well prepared and to the taste. Just wished, they would have expanded the items in live counter.

− AC was not working properly. Even after I changed my room the AC was not working in the new room also.
