− No coordination among receptionists, booked a room + breakfast, night receptionist told me I didn’t, probably still groggy from sleep? Breakfast is Ala Carte not continental, and you need to order, you’ll have to wait in the dining room where it’s hot. Shower room don’t have handle bars for PWDs/seniors, floor tiles slippery
Great aircon but moldy smell.
6.0The lighting and the soft sheets and decent bed. The aircon was great!
− The mold smell. There was black mold in the toilet tank. It was thick enough to stop the floater from working properly, just use some bleach to maintain and the smell will get better. The eggs, meat and garlic rice delivered to the room was cold.
