− The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. We found an empty box of condoms underneath the bed, which was quite unpleasant and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. The carpet was also filthy and sticky underfoot, making the room feel unhygienic. The mattress was old, overly springy, and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was advertised as ¥600, but we were charged ¥1,000. The hotel's underground car park was full when we returned after being out for a few hours. Although we spotted an empty space, we were directed to park in the adjacent outdoor car park instead, which offered no shade. As a result, the car was already extremely hot by the following morning. Overall, these issues made our stay far less comfortable than expected.

8.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer war eher klein für zwei Personen, aber sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, es war aber ruhig und entspannt zum Schlafen.
