− LA HABITACION MUY CALIENTE Y SOLO UN VENTIKADOR DE TECHO.... INSUFICIENTE. PERO NOS HICIERON FAVOR DE CAMBIAR A OTRA HABITACIÓN MEJOR VENTILADA.

− El ventilador tiene una fuerza muy débil, no estaría de más agregar uno de pedestal o similar

9.0La ubicación es excelente, al igual que la limpieza y la atención del personal, la habitación que nos asignaron muy amplia, el wifi tambien muy bien, solo que no tienen aire acondicionado, solo ventilador de techo, lo cual hace que la temperatura de la habitación sea un tanto calurosa, en meses de calor.

Una mala experiencia en Yautepec
1.0Buenas noches les comento -- llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que no había una reservación por parte de Booking -- revisaron su sistema y no había alguna reservación -- nos comentaron que ellos nos podían ofrecer una habitación pero no cómo la habíamos reservado con ustedes -- era una habitación muy pequeña de cama matrimonial -- colchón en mal estado -- ahora que vemos está información que ustedes nos envían sobre el tema de la reservación - no estoy de acuerdo con el manejo de la información por parte del hotel hacia ustedes -- espero que ustedes tengan precaución con esta clase de hoteles ya que como usuarios quedamos expuestos a tener inconvenientes con ellos -- les agradezco su atención a este correo -- excelente noche
