10.0Our stay at Andaz Delhi was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was outstanding, with an excellent breakfast spread. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the thoughtful special touches made it truly memorable. Traveling with our two young children was also very easy because the hotel was family-friendly and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The location near the airport is perfect, making travel stress-free while still offering a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to the Naina ,Jiya, Komal , Tulika, Annei, Victoria & Prabhat for making our stay memorable.
Great Stay at Andaz Delhi❤️
10.0Hello All. We stayed at Andaz Delhi, Aerocity to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it turned out to be a truly memorable one. Our first stay was from 20th June to 21st June 2026, and we enjoyed it so much that we returned after just a two-day gap for another stay from 22nd June to 23rd June 2026. Although we had initial hiccups during check-in, the hotel staff handled everything post that. A very special thanks to Vijay Ji and Saurav Kumar, along with the entire restaurant team, for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful Suite Room, which offered a spectacular runway view. Watching aircraft take off and land from the comfort of our room was an incredible experience. I stayed with my wife and daughter, and every member of the team ensured that my wife's birthday was celebrated in a special way. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Overall, Andaz Delhi has earned our trust and admiration through its outstanding hospitality, excellent food, beautiful rooms, and dedicated staff. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit.

10.0The service by Alyias at the Andaz is unmatched he went above and beyond, accommodating every request with a smile. He ensured ny delivery was traced and delivered to me promptly. He is very very polite and has a kind demeanour and always professional! Always look forward to returning to the Andaz Delhi hotel . I would also like to commend Esh at the reception. He is always willing to help , very professional and always provides an excellent service. Andaz is lucky to have him in their team

− We had a very poor experience. The hotel tries to be trendy and modern but is overcrowded and chaotic. The community areas are full of people from outside and the staff is quite lazy and complacent. They also overcharged us and then were fairly standoffish about it. I will NOT recommend it for families. In an attempt to be cool the hotel lacks the basic values that most properties need to have.
