I enjoyed my stay as I had access to most touristic sites and the staff excellent customer service.
9.0The location is ideal with many local shops, transports and restaurants. The staff were equally very attentive, friendly and helpful. The Hotel Manager Farizal has a wonderful customer service and communication skills. Lovel the receptionist was equally very attentive, helpful and very polite.
− The bathroom is relatively an average size. However it was very practical, and the excellent customer service of the staff compensated everything.
