10.0Понравилось все. Неожиданно высокое качество обслуживания, питание и в целом по всем параметрам. Конкретно в Велинграде качество услуги выше чем в соседних более дорогих отелях /были везде/. Радушный персонал, прекрасные СПА услуги и великолепное питание.
− Очень медленный лифт. Постоянно приходилось ждать и это раздражает и портит впечатление. Но это не относится к качеству отеля и персонала.
