Hidden Paradise!!! Where the quality matters....
10.0We had an amazing stay at Splendour Residence. Words can't describe how great we felt during our stay. When we arrived the magic has started. The smiling owners were waiting for us with a freshly prepared exotic juice and wide smiles on their faces. Checking was so friendly, the staffs helped us with our suitcases, and then the room has been showed to us. What an beautiful surprise... We got a free upgrade to the beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and the sensational lake view. The bed was so comfortable giving us a beautiful sleep, the bathroom was so specious like the whole apartment. The high ceilings, A/C, huge terrace, everything helped us to feel safe and relaxed. The room had everything what was promised to the offer. When we left the room to eat something we realised that our magic stay has just begun! The food prepared by the professional chef was "wow!!!". So tasty, fresh with European, Indian and Sri Lankan dishes. All workers were smiling and caring for our enjoyment at the restaurant. When we felt that our stay couldn't be better. The owner of the hotel decided to talk with us. Such an amazing man! The owner of the hotel showed us the local attractions, organised a private boat safari which we started straight from the hotel! Yes, the boat was waiting for us just after the breakfast.... Amazing experience!!! No it's not everything... When our day of checkout has come the owner asked us where we were going next and then offered us a lift to the next hotel... Omg!!! From the first to the last moment of our stay everything was sooooo PERFECT!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR MAKING US HAPPY BY GIVING US THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! 10.0nous avons profité d'une grande chambre familiale dans cet hôtel, terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur les mangroves, fabuleux ! (suite utilisée à 4 personnes : deux chambres, un lit double + un lit simple + un lit d'appoint qui nous a gracieusement mis à disposition) le personnel est aux petits soins, la cuisine est bonne, la chambre confortable. nous avons eu besoin de prendre un petit déjeuner bien après l'heure théorique maximale, tout à été fait pour que nous soyons satisfaits et servis généreusement, sans aucun supplément. piscine très agréable dans un cadre verdoyant. possibilité de prendre les repas en terrasse avec vue sur le lac et les mangroves
− franchement, pas grand chose... seule difficulté : la route d'accès un peu juste à la fin vu le gabarit de notre minibus, mais avec l'aide du personnel de l'hôtel tout s'est finalement bien passé.

10.0Eine Ruhe Oase abseits vom Tourismus. Die Unterkunft ist atemberaubend schön-vor allem die Mitarbeiter machen die Unterkunft zu etwas ganz besonderem. Das jeden Tag frisch zubereitete Essen war eine 12/10!!!
