8.0Zu erst habe ich ein Zimmer erhalten bei meiner Ankunft was äußerst schlecht war, unsauber und erhebliche Mängel am Zustand des Zimmer. Nachdem ich das Personal gebeten habe mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben wurde mein Wunsch erfüllt und dieses Zimmer entsprach meinen Ansprüchen sauber und Ausstattung war gut. Danke an das Personal für das entgegenkommen.
