10.0Podróżowaliśmy z dwójką małych dzieci, zatrzymaliśmy się tam na dwie noce. Wynajmowaliśmy apartament dwupokojowy. Do dyspozycji łazienka z prysznicem i pralka, kuchnia z wyposażeniem i zmywarka. Schludnie, czysto i orzyjemnie. Śniadania smaczne, obiady w restauracji rewelacja tym bardziej, że jest opcja bezglutenowa co dla nas wazne. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Jeśli miałabym drugi raz jechać w te okolice z rodziną chętnie bym się tam zatrzymała ponownie.

3.0Snídaně podprůměrná až mizerná na ubytování s cenou 2500,- Kč/ 1 osoba!
− Velmi nízká kvalita snídaně, sortiment ostudný na tak drahé ubytování a kvalita neuvěřitelná. Např. jsem musel upozornit obsluhu na zasmrádlou šunku. Extrémní hluk z venku (z jedné strany hotelu frekventovaná silnice a ze druhé parkoviště, kde auta parkují v 1, ve 2 i ve 3 hod v noci, přímo pod vaším oknem. Hluk z okolních pokojů pronikající přes zeď = velmi nekvalitní stavba. Byli jsme v hotelu Freud už poněkolikáté a takto špatné služby a hluk při minulých návštěvách nebyly. Jak na personálu, tak na celkové kvalitě je vidět masivní zhoršení.
