Las instalaciones y el servicio. Se respira mucha paz en el lugar y queda en un punto muy céntrico a tamarindo algo muy importante para salir a disfrutar de noche y de día.

− Todo me gustó, pero como recomendación sería bueno que colocaron un baño cerca de la piscina y un fregadero.

The accommodation is really nice as shown in the pictures Location is good as well. 5 mins to the main town bars, but quiet enough Pool is lovely

− The reality is the hotel isn't a hotel. It's a serviced at of apartments You have to prepay. The payment link is removed by booking.com, so they send you a link by WhatsApp. It all feels like a scam, and you need to provide your passport details (make them up as the sites doesn't indicate it's secure). But it does work and the doc they send has all the entry and toom details. The reality is it feels only 80% finished. The photos look great, but turm 180o and it's a bit of a building site. There's also a building site next door which sounds like one There wasn't really any hot water - the pool was warmer There's a kettle and a coffee machine but nothing else. You need to use a toothbrush to stir your drink. Most places provide coffee to use There's only one bin, in the toilet The pillows were fine though now. Overall 8/10 is a fair rating. It's a nice place but it would be easy to make it 10/10

− This is not a hotel this is an Airbnb with a hotel slapped in front of the name. There is no reception only self check in boxes where the code never changes. We couldn’t check in to our room for over 20 minutes because the key was not in the lock box. Then after switching rooms the brand new room had dirty sheets with hairs from the previous guest and dirt and leaves on the floor they never cleaned. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here, they prioritize exterior aesthetics over interior cleanliness. Only plus is great location.

Das Positive muss man wohl dem vorherigen Eigentümer zuschreiben, der die Zimmer gut ausgestattet hat. Helle Zimmer, funktionierende Klimaanlage und Ventilator, großer Kühlschrank, praktischer Schrank, Steckdosen auf beiden Seiten des Bettes, gute Dusche. Die zentrale Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut.

− Als wir das Hotel gebucht haben, war es noch eine "normale" unterkunft mit personal vor ort. Laut unserer buchung wurde im hotel optionales frühstück angeboten. Vor urlaubsantritt wurden wir über den eigentümerwechsel via booking informiert. Damit begann für uns das Unschöne. Wir wurden über das neue Konzept mit Self-checkin, ohne Personal, ohne Frühstück informiert. Neue Buchungen wurden nun zu einem günstigeren Preis, als wir bezahlten angeboten. Jedoch gab es für uns keinerlei entgegenkommen. Keine Kulanz. Der Eigentümer bestand darauf dass wir den alten Preis für das hotel bezahlen müssen, obwohl die Leistung nun deutlich geringer ausfiel. Wir erhielten dann einen unseriös wirkenden Zahlungslink, über den wir außerhalb von booking.de bezahlen sollten. Der booking.de Kunderservice war uns hiermit leider keine Hilfe, konnte uns nicht sagen, ob dies vertrauenswürdig ist. Letztlich zahlten wir mutig. Und es klappte, also die Zahlung mit diesem höchst unseriös wirkenden Link war korrekt. Dies für andere Reisenden zur beruhigung. Andere Hotelgäste standen während unseres Aufenthalts vor verschlossener türe, weil sie dem link nicht getraut haben und deshalb darüber nicht bezahlt haben. der hotelinhaber hat bewusst ihre anrufe ignoriert. Absolut unverschämtes verhalten, die gäste bei 38 grad vor dem hotel aktiv zu ignorieren und keinerlei Hilfe anzubieten. Wir haben dann für die gäste mit einer bestätigten Buchung über booking.de den kontakt zum Inhaber über unser handy übernommen. Während der 3 nächte die wir dort waren, wurde unser zimmer kein einziges mal geputzt. Es wurde kein müll geleert. Was vorallem beim Badmüll (benutztes Toilettenpapier) echt eklig ist. Es wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt. Nachdem am Tag 1 kein Zimmerservice gemacht wurde, schrieben wir dem Eigentümer. Er kündigte Zimmerservice für den nächsten tag an. Hoffnungsvoll legten wir also die Handtücher zum Auswechseln auf den Boden.
