8.0הגענו ל2 לילות עם עוד משפחה וחברים והיינו כ16 איש לנו ספציפית השהות והחדר הייתה בסדר, היינו זוג ועוד בת משפחה בחדר היה לנו חדר נקי מסודר וגדול יחסית עם מרפסת. המנהלת בקבלה שקיבלה אותנו הייתה לדה , הייתה מאוד נחמדה ועזרה בכל בקשה או בעיה ובאמת דאגה שתהיה לנו שהות טובה מאוד! הספא היה מ ע ו ל ה! אני ובן הזוג שלי לקחנו עיסוי משולב עם אבנים חמות של 50 דקות היה מאוד מרגיע וטוב ובאמת חוויה כיפית! המתקנים במלון היו בסדר, בלובי אפשר להזמין ארוחת צהריים או נשנוש ובאמת היה טעים, הבריכה הייתה נעימה ומוצלת.
− אמנם בארוחות בוקר וערב היה מבחר גדול של אוכל אבל לאוכל לא היה טעם ולא היה כל כך טעים האמת. היה לנו רגע בארוחת הערב שלקחנו פרגית והיא הייתה עם ריח לא נעים בכלל וכשחתכנו הייתה ורודה …. מאוד הוריד את התאבון ולא היה כיף לאכול.

− I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. We booked four rooms at this hotel, and for the amount of money we paid, the stay was a complete disappointment. I have traveled extensively and stayed in hotels all over the world, including lower-rated properties that delivered far better service. This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Before arriving, we specifically called the hotel to confirm that the air conditioning was working properly because we were traveling during extreme summer heat. We were assured everything was functioning correctly. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely false. From the moment we arrived to our room, it was obvious something was wrong with the air conditioning. We reported the issue that same morning and were told someone would come to inspect it. No one ever showed up. As the night went on, the room became unbearably hot. My young son kept waking up because of the heat. After several sleepless hours, we called the front desk again around midnight. Instead of sending a maintenance technician, they sent a security guard who couldn’t do anything to fix the problem. He admitted that he knew the air conditioning on that floor did not work well and even told us that he personally would not sleep in that room. At approximately 12:30 a.m., after my son had finally fallen asleep because I placed a portable fan near him just to cool him down, we were offered another room on a different floor. Moving a sleeping child in the middle of the night is not a reasonable solution. It showed a complete lack of planning and concern for guests. The room itself was filthy. The bathroom had visible mold, the shower drain was clogged and drained extremely slowly, and the water temperature was dangerously hot. Even when the faucet was turned to cold, the water still came out scalding hot.

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
