− The room was not clean, bedsheets looked very dirty, room handle was broken and bathroom sink was also broken

9.0I had a wonderful stay at Hillview Inn Cameron Highlands. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and local markets, making it a convenient choice for visitors.
− There wasn't much to dislike during my stay. The only minor improvement would be to have slightly better sound insulation between rooms, but it didn't significantly affect my overall experience.
