8.0Fue una gran estancia, el personal fue muy atento y la vista desde ahí es increíble. No está tan cerca del centro de la ciudad por lo que se tiene que caminar un poco pero nada exagerado ni complicado
− En las 3 noches que pasamos ahí nunca se nos cambiaron las sábanas ni las toallas, esto no es necesariamente mala pero me hubiera gustado que se nos avisara desde el inicio ya que por el tipo lugar y el precio sí se espera un poco más de atención a ese tipo de detalles

6.0The hotel is very beautiful, and the installations look just like the photos, which I really appreciated. It has great potential and a lovely overall atmosphere.
− However, I visited at the end of high season, and it already felt like low season. We were told the pool, bar, and snack bar would be open until 8 pm, but during our two-night stay they were closing earlier, around 6–7 pm. I had shared my arrival time (after check-in), yet the room was not ready, and towels were only delivered after 8 pm. The pool water was also cloudy.
