Albergo con una vista molto bella su tutta la vallata, con una SPA grande, con più piscine di cui una a sfioro esterna molto bella. Camera molto grande, comoda, asciugamani per ogni occasione, anche di colori diversi per riconoscerli tra ospiti, un tocco molto apprezzato Navetta dal paese per tornare all'albergo, molto utile vista l'inclinazione della salita a piedi La gestione è familiare quindi il rapporto con lo staff è molto variabile, a volte molto gentile e disponibile altre volte no

− L'albergo è gestito dalla famiglia proprietaria senza manager professionali e questo si rispecchia in alcuni ambiti del servizio che sono più da "casa" che da hotel di livello. Con pochi tocchi più professionali potrebbe salire nettamente di qualità Cose inaccettabili: - I letti non hanno ne il copri materasso ne un topper, con le lenzuola direttamente appoggiate sul materasso. Assolutamente anti igenico - Per un albergo che costa 400 euro a notte non avere l'aria condizionata è inaccettabile. Tardo giugno e luglio saranno sempre più caldi, e non è possibile scappare dal caldo della città per non riuscire a dormire dal caldo in montagna. - Si può fumare sui terrazzi. Questo combinato col fatto che non essendoci l'aria condizionata bisogna tenere le finestre sempre aperte fa si che se si ha un vicino che fuma ci sia costante puzza di fumo in camera - Nessuna attenzione ad allergeni, allergie alimentari ed altro. A colazione nessuna indicazione degli ingredienti e tutti gli utensili mischiati tra carne, uova, latte, frutta...

Heerlijk hotel. Prachtige ligging. Fijn zwembad met ligweide en sauna. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt buffet en mogelijkheid tot diner.

Struttura eccezionale. Posizione panoramica. Personale gentilissimo. Camere pulite, grandi e accoglienti. Confort di ogni genere. Piscina e zona wellness top. Cucina di ottimo livello.

Nooit meer in dit ongezellig, verouderd, niet up-to-date 4 sterren hotel. Eerder een rustoord.

Mooie ligging, gratis parking. That's it!

− Zeer teleurstellende aankomst. Ik had mee 'airconditioning' als één van de items in zoekopdracht gegeven, maar die was er niet! Wel stond de handdoekdroger AAN in de badkamer!? Na 2 nachten NIET te hebben geslapen door de hitte, dan maar zelf een ventilator gekocht in een supermarkt. Als je dan uiteindelijk tegen de ochtend in slaap valt omdat er eindelijk een beetje lucht en koelte in de kamer komt, wordt je rond 06.30 al gewekt door de zéér luidruchtige dames van de poets en ontbijtploeg die de deur van de, schuin tegenover gelegen linnenkamer en keuken niet sluiten, en continue lachen en roepen tegen elkaar! 's Ochtends wil men gemakshalve dat iedereen binnen ontbijt, terwijl er dan eindelijk een beetje lucht is op het riante terras. Je mag buiten ontbijten, maar dan moet je zelf je bestek enz mee naar buiten nemen. De zeer vriendelijke Peruaanse ober bracht wél koffie enz naar het terras, wat toch iets goedmaakte. De uren voor het avondeten zijn krap, en véél te vroeg. Zeker bij dergelijke hitte. Wederom zit iedereen dan binnen te eten in een verschrikkelijk ongezellige en uiterst schrikwekkende verlichtte zaal. Hierdoor zijn we elders gaan eten, buiten(!), in de charmante dorpen. Als je dan om 23.00 terugkomt in het hotel, lijkt dit eerder op een rust- of ouderlingentehuis. Alles slotvast, pikdonker, muisstil, en geen levende ziel te bespeuren. Akelig eng. Dit is géén up-to-date 4 sterrenhotel. De eigenaars, of het management, is blijkbaar niet gewoon om buiten te komen en te kijken wat de concurrentie doet vandaag de dag.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The free parking on site was very convenient and the location was good, whilst it was close to the town centre, I wouldn't want to walk up and down the hill to get there though so we are glad we had a car. The views are incredible though! Loved the selection of pools and my husband frequented the spa area often. The breakfast and food in general was delicious too!

− We found the room to be incredibly hot in the afternoons and nights as the building faces West and there's no air conditioning or fans to turn on. We tried to keep the door open whilst the shutters were closed overnight but there was no breeze at all to cool the room down so we had trouble sleeping. Another thing I noticed which is probably a personal preference was that some guests went into the freshwater spring pool (located about 20 metres away from the infinity pool) naked. I understand that it's a European thing to swim naked but I didn't really want my two daughters seeing this from a family friendly pool. The spa area was off limits to kids which is where the nakedness should be saved for.
